This Privacy Policy describes how The Only Workshop collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit our website, register for a workshop, join our community, or otherwise interact with us. Please read it carefully.

1. Who We Are

The Only Workshop ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Piyush Kukreja Digital and associates. We run live and on-demand workshops teaching AI-powered ad creation and related skills.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

2. Information We Collect

When you register for a workshop, join our community, or contact us, we collect the following information:

  • Name — used to address you and personalise communications.
  • Email address — used for booking confirmation, workshop links, updates and marketing (where you opt in).
  • Phone number — used for WhatsApp community access and transactional messages via WhatsApp.
  • Payment information — handled entirely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details; we only receive a payment status, order ID and amount from Razorpay.
  • Analytics & usage data — pages visited, CTA clicks, scroll depth, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected via our own analytics and standard advertising pixels.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

  • Processing your workshop registration and confirming your seat.
  • Sending you workshop links, reminders, replays and post-workshop updates.
  • Adding you to the WhatsApp community and sending relevant broadcasts.
  • Sending marketing emails via MailerLite (where you opt in or have purchased from us).
  • Cross-promoting and cross-selling our own workshops, 1-1 strategy calls, live events, community offers and other products to you via email, WhatsApp and ads.
  • Measuring marketing performance and optimising our ads using analytics and tracking.
  • Responding to support requests and refund queries.
  • Meeting legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

4. Cross-Promotion & Marketing of Our Offerings

We may use your name, email and phone number to promote and cross-sell our own offerings, including but not limited to:

  • Future live and on-demand workshops, cohorts and masterclasses.
  • Paid 1-1 strategy, coaching and consultation calls.
  • Community memberships, subscriptions and recurring programs.
  • Recordings, templates, prompt packs, Custom GPTs and other digital products.
  • Free and paid events, summits, webinars and live sessions.
  • Special offers, discounts, early-bird pricing and limited-time deals.

5. Brand Partnerships & Third-Party Promotions

From time to time we may partner with other brands, creators, coaches, agencies, SaaS tools and event organisers. As part of these partnerships, we may promote their offers, products, services, events, courses and affiliate links to you. This may include:

  • Sponsored emails, WhatsApp broadcasts and social posts featuring a partner's offering.
  • Affiliate or referral links, where we may earn a commission if you purchase.
  • Co-hosted webinars, summits and live events with partner brands.
  • Joint offers, bundles, discounts and giveaways run with partners.
  • Retargeting and lookalike audiences built from our visitor data to show you partner offers via Meta and Google ads.

6. Legal Basis (Where Applicable)

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process your data on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract — to deliver the workshop or product you purchased.
  • Consent — when you sign up for marketing emails or WhatsApp broadcasts.
  • Legitimate interests — for analytics, security, fraud prevention and service improvement.
  • Legal obligation — for tax, accounting and statutory record-keeping.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and measure campaign performance. This includes:

  • Essential cookies required for the site to function.
  • Analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the site.
  • Advertising pixels (such as Meta/Facebook and Google Ads) to measure ad performance and conversions.

8. Third-Party Processors

We share limited personal data with trusted third-party services that help us run the workshop and our marketing. Each processor has its own privacy policy and security controls:

  • Razorpay — payment processing. We receive payment status, order ID and amount only.
  • MailerLite — email marketing automation.
  • WhatchImp / WhatsApp — WhatsApp community access and broadcasts using your phone number.
  • Google / Meta advertising platforms — conversion tracking and audience measurement.
  • Cloud hosting & analytics providers — to host the site and track usage trends.

9. Data Retention

We keep your personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Registration & order records — retained for the duration required by tax and accounting law, typically up to 7 years.
  • Marketing email subscribers — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
  • WhatsApp community members — retained while you remain in the community; removed when you leave.
  • Analytics data — retained in aggregate form; individual identifiers are kept only as long as needed for measurement.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights over your personal data:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion — ask us to erase your data, subject to legal retention duties.
  • Opt-out of marketing — unsubscribe from emails or leave the WhatsApp community at any time.
  • Restriction or objection — limit or object to certain processing.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

11. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and limiting data access to authorised team members and processors. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

12. Children's Privacy

Our workshops are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. International Transfers

Some of our processors (such as email, analytics and advertising providers) may process data outside India. Where this happens, we rely on the processor's standard contractual clauses and applicable data-transfer safeguards.
