During and after the workshop, the following is tracked and recorded:
- Your video and audio during live workshop sessions (your camera and microphone feed may be recorded)
- Your screen share content (if you share your screen during the session)
- All chat messages sent during the live workshop session
- All messages, media, links, and interactions in any WhatsApp groups associated with the workshop
- All messages, comments, and interactions on any of our online or offline forums, platforms, communities, or social media channels
- Attendance duration, join/leave times, and participation metrics
- Questions asked, feedback shared, and any content you create or share during the session
4.3 How This Data Is Used
All tracked and recorded data may be used for:
- Workshop delivery, communication, and follow-up
- Marketing and promotional purposes — including emails, WhatsApp messages, SMS, push notifications, and retargeted advertisements
- Advertising and retargeting — your data (including email, phone number, and behavioral data) may be uploaded to advertising platforms including Meta/Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and others to create custom audiences and lookalike audiences
- Content creation and testimonials — recordings, chat excerpts, screenshots, and feedback may be used in promotional materials, social media posts, case studies, advertisements, and website content
- Analytics, product improvement, and research
- Legal compliance as required by applicable laws
4.4 Your Consent

5. Recording, Content Rights & Usage
All content generated during or in connection with the workshop is subject to the following:
- Video & audio recording: The live workshop sessions may be recorded in their entirety, including all participants' video feeds, audio, screen shares, and chat messages. By attending, you consent to being recorded.
- WhatsApp group content: All messages, images, videos, voice notes, documents, and any other content shared in any WhatsApp group associated with The Only Workshop may be recorded, stored, and used by us.
- Community & forum content: All content posted or shared on any of our online or offline forums, platforms, community spaces, social media accounts, or comment sections may be recorded, stored, and used by us.
- Live session interactions: All questions, comments, feedback, reactions, and interactions during live sessions are recorded and may be used.
- Usage rights: We reserve the right to use any and all recorded content for marketing, promotional, educational, advertising, social media, testimonial, case study, and any other business purposes, in any medium, format, or platform, without additional compensation or notification to you.
- Editing rights: We may edit, crop, resize, rephrase, restructure, condense, overlay text, add branding, or otherwise modify any recorded content for our purposes.
- Duration: These usage rights are perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and irrevocable unless you specifically request removal by contacting us (see Section 15).
If you do not wish to appear on camera, you may keep your camera off during the session. However, your audio, chat, and participation data will still be recorded.
6. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register for and attend the workshop. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
If you are registering on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
7. Registration & Payment
7.1 Booking & Payment
Workshop registration is confirmed only upon successful payment. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹/INR) unless otherwise stated.
Payment is processed through third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Instamojo). We do not store your credit card, debit card, UPI, or banking information on our servers.
7.2 Promotional Pricing
Launch pricing, discounts, and promotional offers may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your successful payment is final.
7.3 Seat Availability
Workshop seats are limited and first-come, first-served. We reserve the right to cap registrations at any time.
8. Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy
Our guarantee: If you attend the full workshop session and genuinely feel it was not worth your time, contact us within 48 hours of the session ending at theonlyworkshopsupport@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund. No forms, no waiting period, no questions asked.
Conditions for refund eligibility:
- You must have attended the full live workshop session (partial attendance does not qualify)
- Refund request must be made within 48 hours of the workshop session ending
- Request must be sent via email to theonlyworkshopsupport@gmail.com
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
If you do not attend the workshop (no-show), you are not eligible for a refund. However, your ticket remains valid for a future session — contact us via email to reschedule.
9. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee anything. Specifically, we do not guarantee:
- Any specific result, outcome, revenue, profit, lead, sale, or business growth from attending the workshop
- That the AI tools referenced will remain free, available, or functional at the time of the workshop
- That the ads you create during or after the workshop will perform in any specific way
- Any specific return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, or engagement metric
- That the techniques taught will work for every business, product, niche, or market
- That the workshop will meet your specific expectations or requirements
- Uninterrupted or error-free delivery of the workshop or website
This workshop teaches a skill and a workflow. What you do with it is entirely your responsibility. Your results depend on your effort, creativity, business type, market conditions, advertising budget, and many other factors beyond our control.
10. Workshop Delivery
10.1 Format
The workshop is delivered as a live online session via video conferencing (Google Meet). The joining link will be sent via email and/or WhatsApp prior to the session.
10.2 Schedule Changes
We reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, or modify the workshop date, time, or format. Registered participants will be notified and offered a rescheduled session or full refund.
10.3 No Upsell Commitment
We commit to delivering complete workshop content in a single session without withholding material for upselling. There will be no pitch for "advanced courses," "paid mentorships," "private cohorts," or similar premium offerings during or after the workshop.
11. Data Collection, Storage & Marketing Usage
11.1 What We Collect
- Personal information: Full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, city/location
- Professional information: Business name, role, industry (if provided)
- Payment information: Transaction ID, payment status, amount (card/bank details handled by payment gateway, NOT stored by us)
- Technical information: IP address, browser, device, OS, referral source, pages visited, time on site, scroll depth, click patterns, form interaction data
- Communication data: Emails, WhatsApp messages, chat transcripts, voice notes, feedback, testimonials
- Workshop data: Attendance, duration, video/audio recordings, chat messages, screen shares, Q&A content
- Behavioral data: Form field interactions (including partial/abandoned form fills), button clicks, hover data, exit intent
11.2 How We Use Your Data
- Workshop delivery: Joining links, reminders, instructions, follow-up materials
- Marketing communications: Emails, WhatsApp messages, SMS about future workshops, events, offers, content, and educational opportunities
- Retargeting & advertising: Your data (including email, phone, behavioral data) may be uploaded to Meta/Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms for custom audiences and lookalike audiences
- Content & testimonials: Your name, image, video, audio, feedback, chat messages, and workshop output may be used in promotional materials, ads, and social media
- Analytics & improvement: Understanding user behavior to improve our website, ads, and workshop
- Legal compliance: As required by applicable laws
11.3 Data Storage & Retention
Your data is stored on third-party platforms (email tools, CRM, Google Workspace, payment gateways, analytics platforms, advertising platforms). We retain data for as long as necessary or as required by law.
11.4 Data Sharing
We do NOT sell your personal data. However, data may be shared with service providers, payment gateways, advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.), and legal authorities if required.
11.5 Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or opt-out from marketing by emailing theonlyworkshopsupport@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Note that opting out of marketing does not delete data already shared with advertising platforms.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 Our Content
All website content, workshop materials, frameworks (e.g., "The 90/10 Method"), templates, prompts, curriculum, recordings, and branding are our intellectual property. You may NOT reproduce, redistribute, resell, record, screenshot for public distribution, or create derivative works without written permission.
12.2 Your Content
Ads and creatives you create using techniques taught belong to you. We claim no ownership. However, anything you create or share during the workshop session, in WhatsApp groups, or on our platforms may be used by us for promotional purposes as described in Section 5.
12.3 Third-Party Tools
Content generated using third-party AI tools is subject to those tools' terms of service. It is your responsibility to comply.
13. Code of Conduct
By attending, you agree to:
- Behave respectfully toward the instructor and participants
- Not record, screenshot, or redistribute any part of the live session without permission
- Not use workshop content to create competing courses or educational products
- Not share your joining link with non-registered individuals
- Not engage in disruptive, offensive, abusive, or spam behavior
- Not share pirated, stolen, or unauthorized content in any of our groups or forums
We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these guidelines without refund.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Only Workshop, Piyush Kukreja Digital, its team, instructors, associates, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the website, attendance of the workshop, or implementation of techniques taught
- We are not responsible for any loss of revenue, profit, data, reputation, or business opportunity
- We are not responsible for technical issues on your end (internet, device, software)
- We are not liable for changes in third-party tools, platforms, or services
- We are not liable for any content other participants post in WhatsApp groups or community forums
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the workshop.
15. Third-Party Links, Tools & Platforms
This website and workshop reference third-party tools, websites, and services. These are for educational context only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for them. Their availability, pricing, and terms may change without notice.
16. Cookies, Pixels & Tracking Technologies

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Only Workshop regarding the use of our website and services.
